To speed up repairs and reduce costs All Tones Marine Painting has a spray booth at their Boat Works facility. This allows removable parts of the boat to be repaired and not interfere with other work being done on the vessel.
The majority of fibreglass repairs are required on the outside of the boat. These fibreglass repairs include stress fractures, structural problems, but mainly osmosis, which is the fibreglass rotting, All Tones Marine Painting removes the rotting fibreglass and then re-glasses it professionally.
Osmosis in fibreglass is the biggest problem that needs fixing professionally. Osmosis under the waterline is the fibreglass breaking down and it penetrates and spreads like cancer.
It is essential in the upkeep of maintenance of your vessel. That a detailed annual hull inspection be carried out straight after the boat is lifted out of the water prior to its antifoul treatment.
